A very good green cloth hardback with gilt decoration and black decoration. Some dust toning to top edge. Mild wear. Soundly bound. In good dustjacket - with some creasing, spotting and general wear. Frayed and nicked at extremities and some spine discoloration.
Text is clean and bright throughout, with green tinted top edge to text block. Plates and fold-out also in clean, bright condition. Inside rear cover has a paper wrap which houses a fold-out family tree of the Stuart dynasty.
