Similar style to Thai Sawankhalok ceramics., but these are 3 beautiful examples of Annamese porcelain - stunning ceramics from Annam (now Vietnam). Possibly shipwrecked.
Provenance:
Private study collection of a Swedish art collector, who began his career at SIDA (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency), followed by a 30 year career working for the United Nations, including periods based in Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia.
Condition is very good indeed - minimal surface wear and crazing. Bowl 1 has 2 small chips on the rim. The jar with 1 x small raised firing bump. All bowls have the collector's collection reference stickers on the base.
Approximate Dimensions:
Jar: 8 cm high x 9.5 cm diameter.
Bowl 1: 4cm high. 7.5cm diameter.
Bowl 2: 3.5cm high. 5.8cm diameter.
