Journals of the House of Lords Volume 47, 1809. Elephant folio.

Journals of the House of Lords, Beginning Anno Quadragesimo Nono Georgii Tertii, 1809. VOL. XLVII (In the forty-ninth year of George III - Volume 47).

A very large volume - technically Demy Folio, but almost Elephant Folio size.

Good overall - covers are worn, bumped and rubbed with losses to head of spine which is ragged. Leather spine with raised bands. Marbled paper over boards. Split at joint to string webbing, but book still bound. Bookplate to first pastedown. Book is a little bowed. First few pages have some staining and foxing, but the majority of the book is actually very clean for age. Such volumes are uncommonly found.

813pp running from 1809-1810.

Very large; Approximately 465mm high (over 18 inches high) x 295mm wide x 60mm deep.

Weight approximately 4.63kg unpacked.
