A near fine blue cloth hardback with gilt and printed spine, with one small mark over the title wording. Bright and clean throughout. Tightly bound. Bookplate of D G Bridson (1910-1980) to first pastedown. No dustjacket. He produced over 800 programmes for the BBC as Programme Editor for Arts, Sciences and Documentaries. He was also an author/poet, and had close ties to the Isle of Man, as reflected on his bookplate.
With some St Clair pencil annotations, which should be seen as an enhancement.
