Milton & Wordsworth, Poets and Prophets; A Study of Their Reactions to Political Events by Sir Herbert J. C. Grierson. This copy carries the 'signature' of 'Flora Grierson' (his daughter, 1899-1966, author and founder of the Samson Press), to the first free endpaper, dated to October 1937, although it is clearly written in the hand of Herbert Grierson himself, so was perhaps presented to his daughter by him.

A good orange cloth hardback . Cloth has shelfwear, rubbing and a few scratches and marks. Spine is discolored. Endpapers and some pages at either end have some age spotting. Otherwise text is clean and soundly bound.
