A very good brown linen hardback with gilt cover design and blind stamped and printed lined design. Covers with some scuffing and wear and bumping to extremities. With wear to head and tail of spine.

Text pages are bright and clean throughout with mild marginal age spotting. A little more spotting to endpapers and pages at extremities. Gilt edge to top of text block and rough cut vertical edge with toned extremities. With guarded frontispiece, line drawings, guarded plates and map.
