A near fine set of blue cloth hardbacks with gilt titles, with a few minor flaws. Some spotting to endpapers and title of Vols. 1 & 2. Vol. 2 dustjacket flaps taped to endpapers with discolored tape edge and offset line opposite. Vol VIII dustjacket with 2cm closed tear to front and a little creased at top. Vol IX dustjacket with 1cm tear at head of spine. A few minor scuffs and scratches to jackets.
Soundly bound. Text is clean and bright throughout. No owner's inscriptions. Dustjackets with clear protective plastic. An attractive set of this authoritative reference work.
