A good full leather hardback with gilt decoration, with raised squared bands and title label to spine. Some scuffing, bumping and wear and split at lower 5cm of front hinge. Bookplate, signature, and crest of Daniel Vawrdey to endpapers. Some cracking to front endpaper at inner joint, and a little at rear.
Marbled edges to text block, dust toned to top edge. Some ink stain marks to edges. Text is bright, clean and soundly bound, with very occasional light spotting.
Text in Latin and Greek.
