A good hardback with leather spine with morocco title labels, raised bands, and gilt titles. Some wear to leather at tail of spine. With marbled paper over boards. Light bumping and some scuffs, marks and wear. Cracking to endpapers.

Text is bright and clear throughout, with some scattered foxing and occasional minor flaw. Of particular note is the fold-out plate, which is clean and intact. Previous owner's signature to title page. Marbled endpapers. Old worming to blanks at rear.
