A good attractive set of this autobiography by the Italian artist and writer, Benvenuto Cellini. Leather spines with gilt titles and green linen boards with gilt motif. Covers are rubbed and shelf worn (see photos). Original ribbons. Gilt top edge. Other edges of text have foxing. Some occasional spotting throughout the book, but generally nice and clean. In places the page joints are showing through, but all remain bound. An attractive, if imperfect, set.
