In near fine condition. Covers are laminated printed card with just very mild bumping. The booklet is affixed to the inside front cover and is illustrated. Text clear and bright.

The map is affixed to the inside of the rear cover and is printed in full colour on one side. The map folds to a good size, is fully intact, and comprising some 24 panels. An attractive Tolkien collectible.
